Welcome to SwiftPress
What to expect from managed WordPress hosting on SwiftPress and where to get help.
SwiftPress is managed WordPress hosting: we run the platform, edge, caching, and backups so you can focus on your site.
What you can do in the client area
- Manage hosting plans and billing at my.swiftpress.io.
- Log into WordPress (wp-admin) with SSO — blue WP Admin button; allow pop-ups if needed.
- Get help via live chat on swiftpress.io or my.swiftpress.io — we don’t offer email support; see How to contact customer support.
What you’re responsible for
- WordPress core updates within your workflow (we provide tooling; you choose timing where applicable).
- Themes, plugins, and content—you control what runs on your site.
- Legal pages and privacy for your visitors (we provide hosting; your site is yours).
