SSL and HTTPS on SwiftPress

How HTTPS works on SwiftPress hosting and what you need to configure in WordPress.

HTTPS encrypts traffic between visitors and your site. On SwiftPress, SSL certificates are included for sites we host, and the platform is tuned for TLS and modern HTTP versions.

Checklist

  1. Use HTTPS URLs in WordPress — In Settings → General, ensure WordPress Address and Site Address use https://.
  2. Force HTTPS — If you use a plugin or rules to redirect HTTP → HTTPS, keep them consistent with your DNS.
  3. Mixed content — If images or scripts load over http://, browsers may show warnings. Update those URLs to https:// or relative paths.
