How to cancel your SwiftPress subscription (and refunds)

You can cancel your SwiftPress subscription yourself from your account. If you are within our money-back window, you may also be eligible for a refund of qualifying hosting fees—see the Refund Policy for full legal detail.
Cancel your subscription
- Sign in to the SwiftPress client area: my.swiftpress.io
- Go to Profile — direct link: my.swiftpress.io/profile (account / billing area).
- Click Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
Exact labels can change when we update the portal; if you cannot see Cancel subscription, use live chat or support from swiftpress.io and we will point you to the right screen.
After cancellation, access and billing follow the terms shown at checkout and in our Terms of Service.
Refunds (14-day money-back guarantee)
