Cookie Policy

SwiftPress Software Ltd — cookies and similar technologies on swiftpress.io and related marketing pages. Last updated: 20 March 2026

How we ask for consent

When you first visit our marketing site, a cookie banner (bottom-left) lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential ones, or choose categories individually. Your choice is stored in localStorage under the key swiftpress_cookie_consent_v1. You can reopen preferences anytime via Cookie settings in the site footer (or mobile menu). Live chat (Tidio) loads only if you allow the Functional & support category.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They help sites function, remember preferences, measure usage, and (where allowed) support chat or analytics.

2. How SwiftPress uses cookies

On our public website (swiftpress.io) we may use:

  • Strictly necessary — required for core site operation, security, load balancing, or session integrity (typically exempt from consent under UK/EU ePrivacy guidance where strictly necessary).
  • Functional — remember choices (e.g. cookie banner preference) where we offer that feature.
  • Analytics / performance — to understand how visitors use our pages and improve them, where we deploy such tools and obtain consent where required.
  • Live chat or support widgets — for example, third-party chat services may set cookies or use storage to maintain a conversation session when you open chat on our site.

The client area (my.swiftpress.io) may use cookies or tokens to keep you signed in and secure your session. Those are governed by the same general principles and our Privacy Policy.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by providers whose scripts we load (e.g. chat, analytics, or embedded content). Their use is subject to those providers' policies. We aim to only load non-essential third-party tools where permitted and, where UK/EU law requires, after appropriate consent.

4. Your choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, or alert). Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality or chat. For UK/EU visitors, where we use a consent banner, you can adjust non-essential categories there when available.

5. Personal data

Information collected via cookies may constitute personal data. See our Privacy Policy for how we process personal data and your rights.

6. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when our tools or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly.

7. Contact

Questions: contact us via swiftpress.io or your client area at my.swiftpress.io.
